Prices may vary when running the cost of the test through insurance. However, max out of pocket cost for your test will be $250 Included with the price of this service are as follows: 1) Initial Consultation (Review all medications, medical history, and supplements) 2) Pharmacogenomics (PGx) Test (Ordering of genetic test) 3) Follow-Up Appointment (Review genetic test results and any warranted changes for medications or supplements) 4) Provider Action Plan (Reach out to your provider with all recommendations about your medications for the next steps)
