Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2025

At Florida PGX Consulting, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized health services through pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. Because of the customized nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Consultation Services

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a rebooking fee or forfeit the session cost.

2. Genetic Testing Services

Once a genetic test has been ordered or the sample kit has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, as laboratory fees and materials are non-recoverable.

If you have received a test kit but decide not to proceed, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and the kit must be unused and unopened. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and processing fees.

3. Digital Products or Educational Materials

Digital downloads, reports, or educational materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, due to the instant nature of delivery.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you believe you have a special situation that warrants an exception, please contact us directly at [insert email] and we’ll be happy to review it on a case-by-case basis.
